OUR LEARNING PROGRAMMES INCLUDE:

Literacy and Numeracy Programmes
Literacy/Numeracy -these programmes are for parents/carers who would like to improve their literacy and/or numeracy skills, work towards a recognised qualification and help their children’s literacy/numeracy development. 

English – for those who speak English as a foreign language, this course is aimed at improving spoken English, reading and writing, gaining a qualification and enabling people to help their children with their English homework.

Parents/Carers and their Pre-school Children
Safe and Healthy Baby - for parents/carers with babies under the age of one to know more about their child’s health, first aid skills and share sensory play activities.

Bounce and Rhyme - forparents/carers who would like to explore how songs and rhymes can develop the language and number skills of their babies/toddlers.

FEAT (families exploring and achieving together) - for parents/carers of babies and children under 3.  Learn more about how their child learns and recognise a range of learning opportunities.

Learning Through Play - for parents/carers of pre-school children. The programme will increase understanding of how to develop their child’s learning through play?

Play and Language - forparents/carers who have children aged 0-3 who would like to explore new play activities in a relaxed environment and find out more about why play is so important to a child’s early language development.

First Steps Programmes
These include basic IT/IT for job searching, Early Years First Aid, Emergency Life Support, Food Safety, Preparing to Volunteer, Build your Confidence, Effective Communication and Introduction to Working in Childcare.

Some of our programmes have crèche facilities.
